In the 80s and 90s I traveled the globe conducting seminars to help people connect to themselves on a spiritual level. As part of the seminar I conducted several meditations that are perhaps more needed now than they were back then. Many of you attended these seminars and have requested CDs of the meditations. After searching my archives I have found several that I feel will help us gracefully move through the issues of life today. What is old is new again and can be used to better maintain the center within yourself and your spiritual connection to the Divine.

This Purpose and Obstacles meditation is designed to assist help you connect to your Higher Self and recognize your purpose while also seeing the obstacles in your path and how you may remove them. The goal is to assist yourself in achieving your purpose without roadblocks.
