DR. VERNON NEPPE
Vernon M. Neppe MD, PhD, FRS(SAf) is Director of the Pacific Neuropsychiatric Institute in Seattle (www.pni.org); and Executive Director and Distinguished Professor of the Exceptional Creative Achievement Organization (www.5eca.com). He is also (Adjunct Full) Professor, Department of Neurology and Psychiatry, St. Louis University School of Medicine; and Founder and former Director of the first Division of Neuropsychiatry in the United States (at the University of Washington). Based on publications, presentations and consultations, Dr Neppe has contributed internationally in the specialties of Neuropsychiatry and Behavioral Neurology (disciplines he pioneered), Psychopharmacology and Neuropharmacology, Forensic Psychiatry and Neuropsychiatry, Consciousness Research, Anomalistic Psychology, Dimensional Biopsychophysics, Epileptology and Psychogeriatrics.
Dr. Neppe is currently working with Dr Edward Close, and they have demonstrated an all-embracing paradigm (called TDVP) which when using objective criteria scores far the highest of any Theory of Everything ever developed. Moreover, their work deriving 9 finite spinning dimensions, not just 3 of Space and 1 moment in time, involves one of the most profound current contributions to physics, mathematics, biology and psychology: They have demonstrated that much of reality is hidden. Their TDVP model has also led to a new philosophical mind-body theory called Unified Monism.
Dr. Neppe was honored for his scientific contributions as the first USA-based physician to be elected a Fellow of the Royal Society of South Africa. He was also awarded the Marius Valkhoff Medal for exceptional contributions. A Distinguished Fellow of the American Psychiatric Association, he is listed in all 13 editions of the peer-chosen America's Top Doctors (and uniquely is the only MD listed in five different specialties or subspecialties). He is in many editions including the current one of Marquis Who's Who in the World. He has numerous other honors including The Leading Physicians in the World and led the first USA and International Delegation in Neuropsychiatry and Psychopharmacology. The key organization, the CINP, included his biography as one of the Leading Psychopharmacologists of the 20th Century. He has written more than four hundred and fifty publications, ten separate books, over sixty book chapters, published on all six habitable continents, lectured in a dozen countries and presented at more than 90 percent of the medical schools or affiliates in the USA.

Dr. Neppe founded the Pacific Neuropsychiatric Institute (PNI) in Seattle, Washington, USA, in 1992. His highly acclaimed book on brain medications and social and medical issues Cry the Beloved Mind: A Voyage of Hope provides understanding of depression; psychosis; seizures and brain firing; the way drugs work; and how supplements interact. He is also the world's leading authority on déjà vu including The Psychology of Déjà Vu, and a subsequent trilogy of books. He has written a medical forensic book for attorneys and another on psychopharmacology.
Professor Neppe has pioneered several areas of brain research, which have impacted on millions; defined new medical conditions and has developed new terminology including the literary genre of ‘sciction’. He is also an internationally renowned consciousness researcher, phenomenologist and expert on both very high intelligence and exceptional human abilities. He is also working on secure Internet communications particularly HIPAA compliance. He actively plays several sports and is a chess expert.
Dr. Neppe lives in Seattle, WA with his wife of 36 years, Lis. They have two children and two grandchildren.
