JEFF PECKMAN

Jeff Peckman is the author and chief proponent of the Denver ballot initiative, known as the Extra Campaign, to create an Extraterrestrial Affairs Commission.

At present the US government doesn’t have any protocols for:

Dealing with credible citizen reports of UFOs

Responsibly listening to, or documenting reports of, encounters or abductions regardless of the highly unusual and credible evidence

Referring such reports to private professional individuals and organizations that have dealt with such matters responsibly

Dealing with citizens that know of no place to turn for help on potentially traumatic experiences.

If our Federal Government continually refuses to openly and honestly deal with this matter and protect the health, safety and welfare of its citizens, we need to handle it at a more accessible and accountable level of government. We need grass roots efforts to restore our faith and trust in our systems. We’re not talking about a lot of money being spent. We’re talking about starting to deal with government lies, misinformation and cover-ups that negatively effect the entire human race.

An initiative like this one in Colorado will result in serious discussion on matters that have ramifications to the human race beyond our current imaginations.

Since about age 10, Jeff has had two goals – to develop his full human potential and to promote the best solutions to address humanity’s biggest challenges. To achieve these related goals he’s practiced and taught meditation since age 17 and promoted cutting edge solutions using innovative strategies.

His immediate priority is the Extra Campaign and his long term priority is a web-based business call worldpeacemarket.com and its sub site, reduce-emf-stress.com. His web business promotes a Divine technology called Metatron Technology that creates a subtle light, through your computer, that removes chaos from man-made electromagnetic fields and creates an atmosphere of peace and coherence.

Other ballot initiatives he has authored are the 2002 Oregon statewide ballot initiative to label genetically engineered food and the 2003 Denver ballot initiative called "Safety through Peace". Jeff is one of the recipients of the “Make a Difference Award” presented by Mile Hi Church for “Outstanding Service to Humanity”
