We have witnessed one of the greatest tragedies in recent history this week and I would like to invite you to join me in a healing and balancing meditation.

The purpose of this meditation is to help us center so that we may better cope with and understand what is happening and in turn we may better assist others.

I want to thank all of you that have gone so far beyond the call of duty to lend a helping hand.
