Adventure and discovery was the enticement that drew Lee Elders to this wild lawless land; the supernatural world of the Shuara that live in a mystical realm of ayahuasca-induced visions where the ethereal world is encased within our third dimensional reality. Along the way he discovered his true self - his Kakarma. However incredible some of the incidents may seem this is a true story.

Default Dhea and aging

Dhea is the most abundant hormone in the body
it declines steadily after the age of 30 for men and women
dhea in America is sold as a supplement but is a hormone otherwise you'd need prescription.
low levels of dhea mirror aging problems such a depression and dementia obesity asthma and cancer and caridovascular disease.
by the age of 70 you only have 10 per cent of what you had at 25.
Doctors are the biggest drug pushers in America. They treat all these problems with drugs that have such bad side effects to hear it on tv almost makes you laugh if it wasn't so serious.
A woman I would say start with 10 IU and men 50 IU.I take 100 IU in the morning and 100 IU at night with much experimenting on my part seems to work for me but then I lift weights might make a difference.
The body is programed to fail after the age of 30.The original makers felt after the kids were grown you weren't needed and so on.Of course I feel different about that. With dhea you have a better chance of living a healthier life longer.

Default DHEA can have a downside too

The correct way to take DHEA is in the morning on an empty stomach. After consuming it you need to wait 30 minutes before you eat. It is not necessary to take it again in the evening.

I recently came across some important information about DHEA which stated that it is advisable to take yourself off of it for a while, and then go back on it again. This could be a red flag in that there could be downside, and or some dangers to taking it.

I have been taking DHEA for a number of years and I decided to stop taking it for a while, and then go back on it.

Having your blood tested at least 2 times per year is crucial as you need to know where your levels are at.

Happy Hormones,

What I hear from naturopaths...
Sometimes your body just needs a rest from supplements and if you learn to listen your body - it always tells you

Default Yes....Yes....Yes

Brit, this is what I have heard too from all of my research on supplements.

When taking DHEA in particular it is best to take a break from it for a while. I have been taking DHEA for a number of years and I just started to take a break from it for about 2 months. I recently started taking it again.

Read and educate yourself when taking supplements.

Be Healthy,
