I've having quite bad hayfever at the moment, and get it every year, and conventional treatments don't work very well (only slight decrease in symptoms). Would someone be able to recommend a treatment that would get rid of my hayfever? From what I have heard, it might be possible to take something that is at the same frequency as the pollen, grass, dustmites etc. to get rid of my hayfever for good. How do I go about finding a reliable source of a permanent treatment for hayfever? I live in Western Australia.

It's Allium cepa 30C (Allium.) in liquid form. What do I do with it to remove the hayfever? And do I have to have noticeable symptoms at the time?

I do allium cepa 30x under the tongue as needed and always before bed and first thing in the morning. Mine is not liquid - it's the small tablets. Don't drink coffee for 1 hour before or after. Avoid peppermint.

Everyone's hay fever symptoms are different so I can't tell you what yours are. Mine are runny nose, eyes, and sinus drain.

I have now been on the Allium Cepa since you recommended it to me. This has been such a blessing for my allergies. I was put on so many different allergy medicines, which never worked or if it did happen to work, it would be for just a few months. Allium Cepa is the best for my allergies. I have the runny nose, eyes and sinus drain. Now the allium Cepa they told me at the Health Food Store was that the higher the I am guessing Dosage was actual the weaker of the ones. They told me to take the Allium Cepa 6c. They have a 30c which they said was weak. Which one is the strongest? Mine says take five tablets under tongue three times a day or as directed by your doctor.. Avoid Peppermint? Why does this reverse the effects of the Allium Cepa? Thank you Shirley for recommended this to me.. I do love it.

Eliminate mucus-forming foods (dairy, soy, etc). I always got seasonal allergies before I changed my eating habits. Don't blame the trees, blame the cheese, I always say.

Does Oat Milk count as Dairy?

Hi Shirley. My hayfever symptoms are usually heavy, sleepy eyes (in other words, I feel like and am able to sleep more), itchy sinuses, "unclean feeling" teeth and my nose can be running a bit too. Rarely I get an itchy palate. Do you think Allium cepa is right for me?
