Just as an interesting survey, regarding the IE radio thread that picks up on the question of the possible alien origins of the Rh Negative blood type, it would be interesting to know:
QUESTION: How many people who come to this web site are either Rh Negative blood themself, or have Rh Negative blood in an immediate relative.

My answer: My mother was Rh Negative.

My brother was Rh negative, before hemophelia had any help, he died in 1962 for lack of donors.

I'm very sorry about your brother, Di. I wonder if blood banks are better prepared now than they were back in '62? Seems they must be -- what with awareness expanding, etc.

Admit I haven't listened to the radio show yet, but am now hooked on the topic because of everyone's posts here, so will tune in today.
