Default Green Soup, Green Sherbet

As usual, one of my New Years resolutions was to eat more green leafs. I'm off to a darn good start. Chlorophyl makes me feel so healthy and light and clean and energetic! I believe chlorophyl is the food with the highest vibration.

In the soup:
tomatoes
avocado
garlic
celery
spinach
blended and poured over butter lettuce

I am aware it looks like cow s***, but it tastes heavenly.

In the sherbet:
juice of a few oranges
juice of a lime
dates
frozen bananas
a bunch of cilantro
any other frozen fruit you want to put in

I can't figure out how to make the picture smaller.

To our health!!

So, were you successful in your kale custard soup experimentation? I can't imagine what that might consist of (besides the obvious). I'm curious. Always looking for new ways to eat green things.

Hi Brit, when you say Kale custard soup, I'm thinking it's creamy. Is it? I made a Cajun kale soup a few weeks ago. I got it out of the Oprah magazine, and I froze serving sizes for quick easy dinners or lunch. I served it over rice.

Hi OS
Yes, it's creamy... but I'm still not happy with the taste or consistency...
I'm trying coconut milk in it next
Will keep you posted!
