As many of you know I've taken up the wonderful hobby of bellydancing. It has not only proven to be an extremally fun thing to do but it has brought me into this amazing group of woman. A true sisterhood that I've longed for most of my life. One of my dear friends was twirling about dancing in my other friends kitchen the other night and suddenly broke her leg. She went to the hospital and when they took an xray they noticed something not right and decided to do further testing. When all was said and done she was given the devastating diagnosis of cancer - a very aggressive form that some may remember our fellow Canadian Terry Fox having. It is apparently too far gone to save the leg and apon further investigation they have discovered nodules in the lungs and liver. They are still in processes of testing before they come up with a treatment plan and Margie, along with her husband and 2 children, are filled with fear and worry for her life. I would be most grateful if you could put her into your prayers today.
