Adventure and discovery was the enticement that drew Lee Elders to this wild lawless land; the supernatural world of the Shuara that live in a mystical realm of ayahuasca-induced visions where the ethereal world is encased within our third dimensional reality. Along the way he discovered his true self - his Kakarma. However incredible some of the incidents may seem this is a true story.

Default Met my guardian angel....

I never really believed in guardian angels until November 3, 2009. That is the morning I met mine.

I was doing something stupid (as is often the case in accidents) when my car hit a pole at seventy miles per hour. For a second it seemed as if I had been shot from the front by a cannon or something. My car just stopped dead in its tracks with a terrific WHAM!

I had already lost control and was trying to avoid smashing into other cars as I careened toward a lake. The pole stopped my progress.

Hitting a pole at seventy mph is a dangerous thing and I probably should have been killed. The interior of my van suddenly lit up with white light and the inside was all I could see. It all seemed to be happening in slow motion. I was wearing a seat belt but I soon realized the car was air-born and rolling. My chest had not slammed into the steering wheel because someone had me by both arms and was holding on tight. I could feel the pressure of hands as the car rolled over down the lake’s embankment and came to rest right side up but nearly falling over. She was steeply canted on the side of the lake with her right wheels in the water.

All motion spent, her engine was still running. I turned off the ignition and examined my position. Even though I had come to such an abrupt stop and rolled over, I had not been moved from my seat. I was held firmly against the back of it throughout the ordeal.

My seatbelt is an ordinary lap belt with another belt passing over my left shoulder to the seat--not enough to hold me during the rollover--especially my right side. Yet I HAD been held in place. Held in place by those hands.

I looked around me and the only way out was a broken back window. I unhooked my seatbelt and climbed into the water and made my way up the embankment. I looked at my car. At the time it did not look too bad to me but I later found out it was totaled: roof smashed in, engine compartment pushed back, etc. A total wreck of a van.

I examined myself. I had a small cut on my ankle, probably from the brake pedal, and a large bruise on my right arm just where the angel held on the tightest. There is no explanation for that bruise. The seatbelt came nowhere near my right arm, and I know for a fact I was not flailing around inside the car during the accident. There seemed to be a trace of fingers….

So that’s my NDE with my angel. I was protected by white light and divine strength. His fingerprints lasted for a few weeks, but his presence will remain with me the rest of my life.

Love, C.

I remember my NDE, it was July 27, 2007. This was the day my niece Drew was born. Jasmine and I were home alone when she felt a rush of water. She screamed up the stairs at me that she thought her water had broke. I ran down the stairs and sure enough. We got all of her stuff together and I ushered her into the car. A very foggy morning, not a good time for a baby to decide to enter the world.

We were going down a road near where our Grandmother lived and came to the curve that led to the bridge. I made the curve perfectly, once around it I could see the bridge coming up which meant only 6 more miles to the hospital. I never saw the kid come running down the hill until I was almost on top of her. I hit the brakes and yanked the steering wheel to miss her. Instead of hitting her, Jasmine and I were hanging on the edge of the river bank. If we moved forwards the car tipped closer to the water, it was like sitting on a teeter totter. Jasmine looked at me and started crying the contractions were getting closer together and becoming intolerable.

I looked at Jasmine and said we're going to get out of this and that baby is going to be fine. I unbuckled my seatbelt and tried climbing towards the backseat. Before I could put both legs in the back seat the car tipped and landed in the water. I fell backwards and hit my head on the dashboard, the airbags exploded. I heard Jasmine scream in agony before I could reach for her. I had blood gushing down my face, I found her hand when I looked up and saw a tattooed arm holding the airbag back. I blinked and noticed that the arm was transparent, I got closer to Jasmine. The spirit let go of the airbag and put it's hand on Jasmine's stomach.

I recognized one of the tattoos it was the head of an Indian Chief, I looked for a face that went with the arm. The spirit reached in and unbuckled Jasmine's seatbelt, he lifted her out of the car and set her down on the bank. The spirit came back for me, he gently moved my upper torso and then pulled me from the upside down car. He set me down on the bank and walked into the river and disappeared. Two ambulances came down the road and stopped where Jasmine and I sat, once they had us on gurneys I passed out from the pain and blood loss.

I woke up in a hospital room and wanted to know what happened to my sister and the baby. My Dad looked up from his nap and told me Jasmine delivered a healthy baby girl, both are fine. Drew Ulliana Lynn 6lbs. 5oz. 21in long, after a while Jasmine and the baby were moved into the same room as me by request of our parents. Jasmine and I still talk about the day Drew was born, if it wasn't for our Grandfather being there all three of us would be dead.

Thank you Grandpa. Jasmine, Drew and myself owe our lives to you.

Cmarie and Cher O:

Thank you for posting your incredible experiences. I had a similar thing happen when I had a car accident as well. I posted about it a few years back. My angels were my two brothers. One kept the passenger from hitting the dashboard full force with her face and the other brother told me that we would be a bit dinged up but okay. When I heard my brother say that a complete calm washed over me. The vehicle had rolled 2 1/2 times before it came to a complete stop. Instead of hitting the telephone pole that I knew would kill me and maybe my passengers as well, we were stopped by the guy line that holds up telephone poles on steep inclines. We were so perfectly balanced by that guy line that if we were out one inch either way we would have been wrapped around the telephone pole instead.

Default Such wonderful responses....

CMarie, your story is an inspiration. So very beautiful. Yours, too, Puma. It's amazing what can happen during an accident. I have heard similar stories on CoasttoCoastam radio, but I never thought it would happen to me. Guess we all still have something to accomplish in this life or our angels would have let us go.....

Thanks for sharing. You made my day. Love, C.

Dear C,
When I saw that tattoo and looked at my sister, I thought here we go. I was only 17 years old and thought that Grim (that's what we called my Grandpa) was taking us with him. My Grandpa gently lifted my sister and me out of that car. He never looked back before walking into the river. I haven't seen him since, maybe that's a good thing. He only shows up when we really need him the most kind of like a guide.

I agree I know there is something that I am supposed to be doing in my life, I just don't know what it is. I have heard about accidents like all of ours, but like you Cher O, I never considered it would happen to me in a million years.

Love,

Default How wonderful it must be

to have your own grandfather as your guardian angel. It's like a double dose of love.... There is something really comforting about that. Thanks so much for your story. You are a fascinating person, CMarie. Glad I came back. How long have you been at Shirley's place, if I may ask. Seems I missed out on a lot in the last year... Many new writers. Great stuff. See you around. Love, C.

Cher O,
Believe it or not I have only been at Shirley's place since the end of November last year. When I was growing up and now Shirley has always been my role model. I'm glad you came back.

Love,

Hi Cmarie,
A psychic told me that my grandfather is always watching over me. He died when I was two. She told me that even if we don't remember them, they remember us. I find that very comforting. There are times I feel almost a physical presence around me and I always think it must be my grandpa. But who knows? Maybe it's my grandma. Either way, I'll take their loving energy. You are so fortunate to have had a direct experience with your grandfather. It is confirmation that he is with you. It's amazing, isn't it?

Joanne,
My grandfather died when I was six, a very unfortunate ordeal. I am really glad that he decided to show when he did. I still haven't forgiven him for what he did, but I owe my life to him. The funniest thing happened last night, I have a picture of my grandmother, my grandfather and me, it was taken my first Christmas. I put the picture in my bottom dresser drawer because if you have pictures setting out people ask questions and I don't like explaining them. I woke up around midnight and that picture was floating in the air, the drawer was open and everything. I watched for a minute and then it was like someone sat down on my bed. I felt what seemed like a hand on my knee squeeze and laid the picture down on my legs. Nothing like hearing an old familiar voice, Cokeyree why is this hidden. That same arm showed up and this time I noticed the ring on the hand, 13 rubies symbolizing the grandchildren and a diamond in the middle meaning unity.

I put that photo back in the drawer this morning I want to see if he takes it out again.

Much love,
Courtney

Default CMarie, Courtney, such a lovely name....

I can't imagine what it must be like to be experiencing what you are. I didn't see my spirit, only felt it, but it was wonderful. To see and to know that you see must be the most wonderful thing.... You are truly blessed. Love, C.
