Hi Shirley
I hope you enjoyed your salad after our meditation!!! The chat was fun constructive and like we were all in the same room for real. I am now touching the right bottom part of the computer screen and it's cold whereas during the relaxing exercises everyone took part in it felf warm. Amazing--never experienced anything like it before!! Thanks for taking the time to share your thoughts and knowledge and interact. We have become the RAINBOW TRIBE!!!!!!!!

Glad everyone enjoyed it! SophieSarah, welcome. I almost wish it was me wandering in Hawaii, but it wasn't. I do miss Hawaii's beauty. I have been in New Mexico for some time now wandering the beautiful hills of the Land of Enchantment. This year our monsoons have made NM almost as moist as Hawaii, but it's high desert. I hope everyone has a wonderfully energized week.

I can be so untalented when it comes to computers, so I have not been able to make it to chat for what seems like a month of Sundays. Some weird connection Java issue
Until yesterday... I did some major overhaul (that in itself is a feat..giggle) and was able to log in. Yeah...happy dance. Sorry I missed you Shirley but I did get to see some great friends for a little. Much love Jade
