I wish I had some words that would make you feel better; however, I know that I don't. So, I simply send you and Louie my loving energies to surround you in this time. Grieving is such a personal process. Just know that you are not alone, thinking of you and understanding your grief. Grief is an entity in and of itself that we have to embrace in order to fully acknowledge, understand and accept and to walk through with it to the "Other Side of Pain".

So sorry, HT. It sounds like RayRay had a full and loving life with you and she left this Earth with a legacy of love she returned back to you. Your list describing RayRay had such a wonderful feeling - I could almost imagine her and her personality. It's always very painful when our pets leave...they are definitely family and then some. I think they give so much of themselves when they are on this planet in the way of unconditional love that they can't possibly stay as long as us....the enter our lives and shower us with so much on so many different levels. They help us laugh when we want to cry, help us hear the silence when the world is too loud, nurture us with their kisses and snuggles, remind us to play when we have forgotten the child inside, they show us forgiveness, unconditional love....true higher being angels and they are all unique and special and beautiful, beautiful. So.....this is why they come into our lives and we are so blessed to have them....even if its too short. When you think of RayRay, I hope that you play the memories from your list over and over and remember her for all that she gave to you in this life...with beauty.
