I followed the Gateway Prayer as described in Linda Howe's "How to Read the Akashic Records". I stayed in the energy for about 20-25 minutes, and this is what I felt:

Very peaceful.
Outside noises stuck out less the further I went in.
Definitely a different state of being from my normal one. My fingers felt sparkley and full of energy (still do in the cool down stage after closing the Records).
Less "one" more "all". I felt connected to all.
Shortly after closing the records, I feel as if a permanent shift has happened. I feel more grounded, more alive, more loving, more present, and more aware, all at the same time! I feel that this feeling will remain, and I will remember it always (maybe even in my next incarnations! ).

Gee, wow, that was so cool! And hot, and energetic, and peaceful, all at the same time!
