I remember when I arrived in a strange town. I had nothing and no money and I was in a big jam. I was stopped in front of a convenience store and looked down. I found a twenty dollar bill. It was enough for something to eat and drink and stay at a shelter for the night for only $7. I would stay in the shelter at night and work during the day. 24 years later I remember the promises I made to myself. I would follow my heart and do whatever it was that "I always wanted to do" I travel for business so I get to stay in hotels and eat at restaurants. I remember to stop and give whatever I can to people along the way. I only feel poor now when I can't follow my heart.
