Hi,
Very amusing and just so interesting. I always knew the military and government had special psychic mind studies from very large-big groups to the small for reasons I still do not understand. Now they have branched out to ghosts hunting. Very interesting and highly entertaining. I was told that spirits are allowed to visit the material earth but if they don't return by a certain time, they become ghosts. A spirtual curfew so to speak, by higher spirit guides. Concerning American history, dead spirits and ghosts from Native Americans to African slaves and other very large massacres makes me wonder at the magnitude of dead spirits and ghosts. Comparing similar causes that other countries have done in the past-whohas the better collective group karma ?? England as an example has stopped the practice of large beheadings as did the French for many, many, many years now. So in terms of a global view which country has the better karma in regards to Ghosts and all the dead. Some countries haven't even had war for many centuries,so their killing karma is very low. Any response to any of these issues would be greatly appreciated. Thank you Shirley and staff. Keep up the great work. |

Yikes. I forgot all about the Halloween show last night. I was too busy having my brains scared out by Jack Nicholson in "The Shining." Is there a more terrifying performance in a horror film. So I forgot to tune in here and get (more) scared. Can we listen to a recording of it?

I just listened to that guy from the Halloween show, Michael something, and I have to say I think he is full of Cr-p. He didn't seem to know what he was talking about. ShirleyMac has more information and ghost stories and whathaveyou in her left little toe, than this guy has. I just think he is making it all up as he goes along.
P.S. I live in Connecticut and you can get Larraine Warren to speak. She's the real deal and can chill the bejesus out of you. Her husband recently died and they are/were--probably still "ARE"--given that Ed would be a ghost, the real deal ghost hunters. They did the Amityville Horror site. They did the house that the recent CT "haunting film" was about. I heard her speak at halloween once and she is pretty good. Their entire lives were about this. Plus, here in CT we have these really really old cemetaries and Larraine talks about them and who is haunting them. But this guy...don't think so. |

I haven't listened to the show, but as far as group/collective Karma goes, even if a nation or country has never had a war, it may not mean that those who reside there have not created massacre/killing karma for themselves.
Besides....haven't we ALL been many people, many different nationalities, races, and cultures ? I will give you an example, in one of my past lives I was a young boy being coached by my father to shoot a native american, who was tied to a fence. I was to shoot him in all his limbs, to cause most pain and suffering. I did this horrible thing, and probably more as i grew older in that life, but that does NOT mean I need to be in the U.S at this time to resolve that karma. The Indian I tortured could very well be an Australian this time around. So, a nation like Germany, which has large groups of people who will need to resolve some of their torture/killing karma, may actually end up playing out that karma in a completely different nation, culture, and even skin colour. You could even suggest that some of the Jewish people who were persecuted, may very well have been born as Jihadists this time around, and are working both sides of persecution and killing. It all relates back to the notion that there is no such thing as victims, or victimisers....because we have ALL been/experienced both. It would really solve a lot of the worlds problems if people would just realise that THEY have been Jewish/Black/Islamic/Gay/etc. Then there would be no need for all the hate. Once we can recognise others....as ourselves, all things will be balanced. I know it is easier said, than done...but we need to keep chipping away at this untill we can do it with everyone. That includes mass murderers. hope this helps. Peace j |

When I was listening to this program I saw the spirit of an old man with a beard and glasses. Maybe Michael has a ghost attached to him.
For myself I have experienced ghosts, but I feel sad that they are earth bound. I always hope that they can get free. I would never causally go to a haunted place for recreation. I think you can become sick by having a ghost attached to you. Maybe I am being to cautious. Ideally, I think one should try to bring a high vibration to a haunted area to help a ghost to grow and eventually get free. I don’t consider spirit guides and animal spirits as ghosts. I think animals are part of group souls, so I don’t feel that they are stuck, even if they are around someone’s house like a dead pet. In Asia ghosts are considered inauspicious and are thought of bringing bad luck to a house or a piece of property. It is interesting that there are so many shows about ghost hunters and hauntings on T.V. now. I think there should be more information about the dangers in dealing with them and other invisible beings. Hopefully more people will grow spiritually and help the ghosts to become free. A friend of mine bought a house that people with drug and alcohol problems lived there as tenants. I found by spreading compose with a soil amendments added to it like, azomite and colloidal phosphate in the flower beds that it shifted the energy that was around the house, which was dark. The soil amendments change the polarity of the soil. This seems to help shift the energy that is in and around the house. Maybe that is one of the jobs of a spiritual seeker is to try to shift and transmute dark energy. |

I agree with you, above, about what a strange suggestion is was of his to go to a haunted site for a "recreational experience." He was talking about Poe's grave site. But his sites and suggestions were really "touristy" to me. I grew up in Maryland (on the other side of DC from VA), and I collected haunted house stories and ghost stores from the newspaper when I was a little girl. I probably still have them somewhere. There are many old houses, farm houses, and historic districts with very well-documented hauntings, but you have to research. I could tell (again, I know, I already said I didn't like him), but he kept saying "the obvious" like "the Exorcist house." That's OLD, OLD news from the 70s for people who grew up there. People and tourists also like to walk by the actual house in Georgetown where the film was made that was the location for the posessed girl's house. I kept waiting for him to say some of the remote towns sprinkled throughout Maryland and Virginia, but he kept saying the same places over and over again. Richmond, VA can kick your ass with ghosts from the civil war. Richmond's got a great vibe.
But there was something "cheesy" about what he was talking about. And Shirley is so far beyond orbs and auras and such, that it was uncomfortable for me to listen to her contend with this light weight. And, yes, every energy healer/balancer I've ever worked with has affirmed that you do not want to go and hang out in these areas because these entities, or parts of these entities, can attach themselves to you and really screw you up. It has been a long time since I worked with a great energy healer, but I have a woman in New Jersey I go to. And the best energy clearers, for me, have always been Ro-Hun healers. Still, I appreciate Shirley for having the guest, and for doing something for this crazy Halloween holiday. |
