One of the three beaches that Los Angeles County closed is the one that I frequent and 'hang' with the feral cats that keep the beach free of rodents. I thought about them all night and today, usually they are fed by 'the cat ladies' so there were a lot of prayers for them. I bet they can smell the sardines from King Harbor, even though they are fat little kitties because too many people feed them in our little community. Just trying to change the subject from tragic to anything else, I am getting a headache from all of the bad-stuff.

A lot being talked about with this and the earthquakes in Japan and more to come. Hope that this isn't true but due to peak on March 15th. I guess we'll soon find out. Hard to tap into my own feelings when there is so much sadness around what has occurred in Japan.

My heart goes out to all those affected in Japan. Seeing the awful videos today almost made me cry. How on earth do people deal with such events? I often wonder how we would deal with them here. I hope I never have to know.

Last night-after observing the Japan catastrophe, i went to the bed obviously
disturbed and trying hard to keep the Light and Love in my Heart for them, but dosing of, suddenly i was aware of many Japanese people around me, all appeared very confused, and i got "out" of that state of the mind awake, and aware that they are the souls that passed over in that disaster. Needles to say how sad i was and laying there awake, for long while crying.
