Oh wow...Terms of Endearment is such a great choice. Have you read the book by Larry McMurtry? Such a great (and surprising since it is not a typical cowboy book) story! And the movie...of fabulos. I grew up in Houston, where it was filmed, went to undergrad school at U. of Houston, very near the area where Aurora Greenway's house was based, and you know that scene where the Nicholson and MacLaine characters have their first date--been there....granted, it was ages ago and when I would still eat things like turtle soup. And a few days ago just as i finished a trial, I quoted a memorable Nicholson line from the scene in that restaurant...hint: it had to do with a bug and needing lots of drinks! ;-)

Great choice, Joanne!!
