Some of you know that I live and work on a 210 acre property that is managed as a nature conservation site. There are five types of oaks, redwoods and rare orchids as well as streams where coho and steelhead salmon return to spawn.
Scientists are in fact studying the geology of this area and how serpentine from the mantle that has been unearthed during seismic activity collects and stores CO2.
Wildwood is also a retreat center where groups come to engage in healing, transformation, meditation. I am passionate about it because the site is stewarded by the LGBT community as "queer sacred space" and has a history as such.
So, I've created this fundraiser for Wildwood:

As little as $10 will help - and what makes this type of fundraiser successful is sharing it on Facebook, Twitter etc... This modest goal of $2,000 will help us build a handicap friendly entrance to "the temple" which is our main meeting space.
We are a 501 (c)3 so your contribution is entirely tax deductible!
Thanks for having a look!
