I don't know. I try to very discerning with meteorological facts but this lady of hurricanes certainly seems bizarre in many ways and I do wonder if both climate change and HAARP had their mitts on this one in some way? Seems to be some evidence of this on N.O.A.A. satellite pictures and tons of chemtrails over South Carolina while she was coming towards land and heading up the North West coastline.??
