A Profound Thing
It seems to me
that it's an older tree that awakens in Autumn -
than the one that awakens in Spring;
a more rounded...
a more grounded ...
a more seasoned thing.
On its way to acquiring... yet another ring...
a tree in the midst of Autumn... is a profound thing.
