This information is good , it is all good, and just found out that the Mayo Clinic has a cook book, from the online previews, think that Brit has already been there and done that in her 'Cooking In The Lite,' maybe they should consult her for future updates on their publications, thank you Brit, they have merely confirmed what you have already preached, and am proud of you.
