To find archived chats, go to the home page and you'll see a bar on the upper left side that says:

- select -

click on this and a group of items will appear, the next to the last one on the list is:

Moderated Chats (member exclusive)

- this will take you to the currently archived chats. You can also access this bar from any page on the website; I simply find it easier to guide people from the home page for the first time. Also, please make certain that you are logged on to the site first.
