I do but it took me a while to realise that that's what I'd been doing! Once a month I head into the city and walk along the Thames. It's a pretty long route, about an hour, but it takes in all the sights of London and the energy is so vibrant. I find myself doing the walk and focusing on what changes I can make to my life and feeling totally peaceful and content even though I'm walking through a busy city!
