I was curious as to how you defined confrontational. Thank you for your explanation. It was very helpful.
What you call confrontational – I would call direct and leveling. I don’t notice that kind of communication style as being different because it’s what I do and so it’s what I expect.
I was wondering if you could help me understand some reactions I have experienced from others, especially online.
