But, here’s the good news, with a little effort (and education) you can completely avoid this lifestyle-related degenerative disease. Don’t become an ill-informed, death statistic. Don’t get me wrong – I have a lot of respect for western medicine. It covered the topic well and was easy to read. It is full of good suggestions for not just preventing cancer, but maintaining a healthy body as well. The one thing it didn't cover was exercise, and frankly, I am grateful... so many health articles seem to weigh in very heavily (no put intended :eek: ) on the exercise bandwagon. I know exercise is important, but enough already!
