Need a Miracle for Carroll!!!
 

As some of you may know, my friend and employer, Carroll has been diagnosed with Stage 3A Lung Cancer. Friday, she is to go for a biospy.

She is an amazing woman with great strength of character and fortitude. She is determined that she will overcome this as she has overcome an intestinal surgery a couple of months ago which we all helped her with that, too.

She is most receptive of your loving healing energies. I told her about my family here and she said, "My Dad loved Shirley MacLaine, he thought she was the sexiest woman alive." :) Also, she is aware of all of your participation in Sean's continuing healing, so, yes, she very much wants to be included here with "The Miracle Workers".

So my lovely friends, please join me in sending loving healing energies and intending for Carroll's highest good! What better prayer can one pray for another...

Well, Wolfdog, as we all know, we each, personally are responsible for what we "allow" to affect us. So, I have no control of eliminating anything from her life, certainly, only she can do that. What another chooses is beyond our control.

All I or anyone can do is extend our loving healing energies and intend for her highest good.

Dear Deb please tell your friend to keep her spirits up. My Mother went through this in 1988 and they ended up taking her right lung and her side tube out. She never had to have chemo, but I do remember I went into a horrible depression. I had lost my father in 1979 and I am an only child. My husband sat me up in bed, where I had retreated, and said the most profound words I have ever heard. Monti she is not dead yet! With those simple words hit me like a ton of bricks and she and I never looked back only ahead, always looking to the future and only positive thoughts. She had been in a very bad auto accident 4 weeks before and broke her leg and nearly sliced her face off, so I was already scared. With her leg in a cast up to her hip here we went to Birmingham, Alabama to see the lung specialist. Anyway she survived and did great, her cancer never came back and she lived another 14 yrs. All this is said to say I really believe in positive thoughts and attitude, it made the world of difference in my mothers case. So please encourage her to never ever think something bad is going to happen, just keep thoughts and energy going forward, always forward. She is in my thoughts and healing prayers. love as always monti

It is so interesting to watch life unfold in the flow of such beautiful energies that surround us all and indwell us all and that we all are the immediate experience. Is that not why we are all here? To experience life in it's fullest?

Ah what a joy it is to see life in it's full expression and to embrace it head on with the courage of our convictions. And with each day, such a simple statement can be made as in, I am here and I made it through yet another day. And I am looking forward to yet another day. I am joyous in my experience.

When we choose to experience life in joy, no matter what the experience, we find that we conquer the experience for our highest good.

Receiving all of your wonderful energies for Carroll's highest good. She is such an amazing individual. She is a testimony to me in how she is dealing with all of this. We both agreed that we would come through this with flying colors. Don't know exactly what that comment means but it certainly suggests, celebration. So, there is much laughter and care in our dealing with all the hoopla of the chemo preparation. She renewed her passport today for a trip to St. Lucia in November. So, there you go. Belief Becomes - Life is Good.

Please continue sending your loving healing energies to surround Carroll! She goes tomorrow to have a portacath inserted as she has agreed to begin chemo therapy on Monday.

Good News...
 

Carroll's cancer is contained in the left lung. She begins chemo tomorrow and we are blessing the chemo to do it's highest good in this situation. She is feeling well and strong and determined that this is an opportunity to grow her faith in her knowing that all is well.

Update
 

Before Carroll started her chemo, I asked her to bless the chemo for the benefit of her body and to receive it as a blessing. She said she would do that. I told her I really felt that would help with how it effected her and how well it worked for her. She agreed.

She went through her first week of chemo with absolutely no side effects. She looks and feels great!

Next week she starts the radiation treatments.

This site and the miracles that happen really amaze me. So glad she is doing good with all the treatments, that is great. I will continue to send healing energy and thoughts Carroll's way. It is so powerful the things that can be acomplished when so many good thoughts are moving towards helping and healing someone. If only the world would understand this, there would be nothing that could not be solved!

Great News!
 

We got great news today from Carroll's doctor who stated, "Your recent x-ray indicated noticeable decrease in size of tumor." We did the Happy Dance!!!

She started Radiation treatment yesterday and she had her second treatment today. Another round of Chemo next week. She is blessing each treatment for the benefit of her body and receiving each as a blessing. She told me that she knows that has helped her to be side affect free as well as the chemo being beneficial so early on.

Thanking you all for continuing to join us in this beautiful adventure in combining our loving healing energies. Seeing the results so early on is such a treat, isn't it????

Carroll said today the Radiology Technician said she had never seen a tumor decrease in size so quickly in all of the five years that she has been doing this!!!!

Carroll asked me to tell you all thank you so very much for your continued prayers and loving intentions!!!

Update on Carroll!
 

After another CAT scan, Carroll's doctor told her that the tumor has shrinked in size by a good inch. So, we are all in celebration here.

Carroll commented, "Prayer works!"

Yes, it does, and thank you all for continuing in your participation in this wonderful journey of healing.

Carroll lost her hair, but she never lost her knowing that she would survive.

She is doing extraordinarily well. Never has had any nausea or weakness. And certainly her attitude and sense of humor is bringing her along this way with much grace.

Her doctor tells her that after her last chemo session starting May 20th, he will do another scan to check the progress. But as far now, it is looking so good that she has already scheduled trips the end of May, in June and July. She is totally convinced that her healing will be complete.

She gave me a "raise" in salary today. And then she said that she was going to sell the business so that she could travel but that she wanted me to go with the business - that she didn't want to leave me high and dry. She made that stipulation with her sales broker. I thanked her for the raise and for her concern though I told her I would be just fine. She said, "I know you will always be fine but I want to know that I didn't leave you high and dry." I thanked her for her consideration.

And yes, she said, just because I have put my business up for sale doesn't mean that it will sell tomorrow.

Now this is the wonderful thing with all of that. This is my reaction in this year of 2013. My reaction is acceptance of what is. And now my responsibility is to be the best in whatever situation I find myself.

That is what I have learned throughout this experience with my son. And now I am being provided another situation in which to practice that with myself.

I so love practicing with myself. Certainly need practice to get it right for me.

I am so grateful for this experience. Like Sean said, "Mom, you were supposed to be with Carroll to help her through this situation." Yes, I agree. I suggested she bless the chemo and the radiation for the benefit of her body, mind and soul. And she has done so. And in the doing, now we are seeing the magnificent results of that blessing. Just lends more knowing that all is connected. ALL, even the chemo and the radiation are connected to our thoughts and vibrations and intentions.

I believe, No, I KNOW that is what it is all about - the connection of everything and our just honoring that knowing, respecting and drawing it forward for the good of all.

Update on Carroll!
 

Carroll completed her last series of Chemo yesterday and will be getting on airplane to Richmond, VA tomorrow. Yes, I am not kidding. The only side effect she has had is losing her hair. And she is feeling great and so excited to get to travel. She said prayer certainly works and blessing the chemo and radiation for the benefit of her body, mind and soul does as well.

It is so wonderful to see her so full of life. She said to tell you all thank you so very much for being a part of her recovery. She goes back in a month for a CAT Scan and her doctor's follow-up.
