Cooking in the Lite

A hint of the Southwest spices up this delicious salmon!

• 1-3 Alaskan Salmon Fillets (amount depends on how many you are cooking for)
• 1 Cup Brown Rice
• 1 Bunch of Organic Broccoli cut into florets
• 4oz to 8oz your favorite all natural organic salsa

In large skillet Sautee Salmon in Tbsp of Olive Oil on medium heat.
Turn salmon once after about 3 minutes.
Then using spatula, as salmon cooks break apart into small bite size pieces.
Add Salsa and stir in to Salmon.
Cook until salmon begins to flake at the touch of a fork.
Serve over cooked brown rice and steamed broccoli.
