Broccoli Beef Noodles
This dish is gluten-free and no one will know the difference!
- 4 teaspoons sesame oil
- 1 cup (175 grams) sliced fajita meat
- 2 teaspoons molasses
- 2 tablespoons tamari
- 2 teaspoons grated gingerroot
- 1 beef bouillion cube
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup (90 grams) sliced broccoli
- 2 cups (280 grams) cooked gluten-free spaghetti noodles
- 1/4 cup (25 grans) sliced green onions
In a skillet over medium-high heat, add 2 teaspoons sesame oil and the meat. Saute until fully cooked. Add the molasses, tamari, and ginger. Coat the meat. Add the beeef cube and cornstarch to the water and stir until dissolved.
Add the broccoli to the steak and stir to coat. Add the water mixture. Let cook until thickened. Add the noodles, green onions, and 2 teasppons of sesame oil. Cook until heated and serve.
