Spinach Custard
Nutrition and taste and simplicity!
- 8 cups Spinach, raw and washed
- 2 Eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/4 cup Feta cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Pat dry the spinach
Place in oven proof baking dish that has been lightly sprayed with olive oil
Add the slightly beaten eggs
Mix the two ingredients well in the baking dish
Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes
Reduce heat and bake at 300 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes
Top with Feta cheese
Serve warm
Makes four to six servings depending on how much you enjoy spinach.
