Avocado Heaven

Raw foods aid digestion with enzymes... This raw food recipe by Chef Alex is delicious and oh so healthy!

  • 1 whole, ripe avocado
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 3 tablespoons shoyu
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
  • Warm water
  • Sweet bell pepper

Peel the avocado and remove the pit.
Place the flesh in a blender with the garlic, shoyu, cumin, and lime juice.
Blend, adding small amounts of warm water until the consistency is that of thick soup.
The amount of water will vary from avocado to avocado but generally will be about one cup.
Sliver or chop the red bell pepper and scatter atop the soup as a garnish.

Serves One
