Cooking in the Lite

This is a sweet and tangy dressing suitable for any number of salad favorites. It’s also delicious drizzled on sliced apples or pears.

• 1/4 cup Apple cider vinegar - raw and unfiltered
• 1/2 cup Orange juice - fresh squeezed is best
• 1/2 cup Coconut oil
• 2 tsp. Of your favorite sugar substitute
• Pinch of cinnamon
• Pinch of nutmeg

Whisk all ingredients together in a medium mixing bowl and store in the refrigerator.
