Fandango Salsa

Rich in calcium, iron, magnesium, phosphorous and potassium, Fadango Salsa will liven up even the most bland food. This colorful salsa is a great topping for poultry and fish, soy ice cream, and it even makes an organic brown rice cake tasty!

  • 2 Ripe mangos, peeled and cut into half inch cubes
  • 1 Cup Pineapple (if using fresh, cut into half inch cubes or crush in a food processor)
  • 1 Tbs. Fresh grated ginger
  • 1 Tbs. Lemon juice
  • 1/2 Tsp. Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 Tsp. Maple extract
  • 1/4 Tsp. Cloves
  • 2 Drops Stevia liquid extract

Blend all ingredients together by turning gently in a large mixing bowl.
Refrigerate.
