Recipes

Balsamic Reduction

Great on any meat, vegetables. Add some olive oil for a great salad dressing

  • 3 cups Balsamic vinegar
  • 6 Rosemary sprigs
  • 4 Garlic cloves, cracked
  • 6 tbl. Splenda

Put all ingredients in a sauce pan and reduce on low heat to a thick syrupy consistency.

Brit's Note:
I tried this on turkey breast and over steamed veggies... It is delicious!!!
