Pico Salsa de Sedona

This very healthy salsa is a zesty addition to any gathering.

  • 4 Tomatoes, chopped
  • 4 Roma tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro, chopped
  • 1 Red onion, chopped
  • 2 Garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 Celery stalks, chopped
  • 1 Jalapeno pepper, chopped
  • 1 Green chili pepper, small, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. Sea salt
  • 1 tbs. Olive oil, extra virgin

Combine the ingredients in a large bowl.
Blend together well by gently turning over and over with a large spoon.
Chill at least two hours before serving.
Chill overnight to achieve the best flavor.
