Nutty Stuffed Celery
This is a low calorie, low fat, low carb appetizer that is easy to make and so tasty. This is a good snack for hungry teenage appetites, too.
- 1 bunch celery, trimmed, separated into ribs, and washed
- 8 ounces low fat cream cheese
- 1 tbs. Skim milk
- 1 tbs. Worcestershire sauce
- 2/3 cup Crushed walnuts
- 1/2 tsp. Lemon pepper
- 1/2 tsp. Minced onion
Place cream cheese, Worcestershire sauce and milk in a medium mixing bowl
Using an electric mixer beat on medium until smooth
Stir in the remaining ingredients and beat on medium until thoroughly blended
Cut the celery ribs into three inch lengths
Spread the cream cheese mixture in each 3 inch section
Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve
