Parsley Chicken Dip

Perfect and easy for a small gathering of friends!

  • 1 cup chicken, skinless, cooked, finely diced
  • zest of one Lime
  • juice from one Lime
  • 1 Garlic clove, minced
  • 1/2 cup non-fat Yogurt, unsweetened, plain
  • 1 tsp. Dill
  • 1 tsp. Cardamom seeds

Blend all ingredients in a medium mixing bowl
Serve with Rye Lite Wassa crackers or sliced apples
