Cooking in the Lite

This is a refreshing drink for any warm day. It’s simple and invigorating.

• 1 1/2 Cup apple cider (unfiltered)
• 1 1/2 Cup club soda
• 1/2 Cup crushed ice

Place the ice in a tall glass.
Pour in the apple cider.
Add the club soda.
Stir.
And sip.
I like to add a sprig of mint or a lemon wedge.
