Brit’s Breakfast Salad

This easy salad wakes you up and is filled with nutrition. It’s also great for lunch or as a side salad at dinner.

  • 10 oz. Spinach, fresh, chopped
  • 1 Banana, sliced
  • 1 Pear, cubed
  • 1 Apple, cubed (I like Red Delicious)
  • 1 Mango, peeled and cubed
  • 1/4 cup Pecan halves
  • 1/2 cup Red grapes
  • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
  • 3 tbl Lemon juice

Chill all fruit the night before
Combine spinach and fruit in a large bowl
Mix the cinnamon with the lemon juice n a small bowl
Drizzle over fruit salad
Toss well

Serves Two
