Ingredients
1 - 16 ounce package silken soft tofu
3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
3/4 cup agave nectar
2 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Directions:
Press as much water as possible out of the tofu to get a thicker consistency.
In a food processor combine all ingredients until smooth.
Spread on cake, cupcakes, and brownies, even cookies!
