Tahini

A delicious topping for stemed veggies.

  • 1 cup sesame seeds
  • 2 tsp flax seed oil

Combine in a food processor or blender.
Blend into a smooth paste.
This is a protien food, for use with non-starchy vegetables.
Use it up quickly.
Keep refrigerated, tightly covered.
