Cherry Zing Dip

A healthy party pleaser!
- 3/4 cup dried tart cherries, chopped finely
- 2 teaspoons fress thyme, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup nonfat yogurt
- 1/2 cup Dijon style mustard
- 2 tablespoons sliced green onion
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 drops red tobasco (or more according to taste)
Combine ingredients in a small bowl.
Mix well.
Cover and refrigerate at least an hour to blend flavors.
Serve with carrot, jicama and celery sticks
This can be made the night before a party.
