Meditate and take long speechless walks and if you have a fur person in your life, be sure to take them with you as April can be a wonderful month for developing those telepathic insights of communication which are so important in those relationships.

Focus on yourself this month. It isn’t selfish to want to discover the best within yourself. In fact it is quite giving because if you can experience and express the best of yourself everyone around you will benefit.
