Everyone around me has caught it, that horrible sneezing, coughing, aching, flu. And everyone I know that has the flu wants to know how I have avoided it.
Here is my recipe. Every morning I take:
- a teaspoon apple cider vinegar and water
- 1000mg vitamin C
- B1 complex
- 4 1000mg MSM
Throughout the day I drink lemon water.
Every night I take:
- Calcium, Magnesium and Zinc
- The most important aspect of maintaining good health is to know your body and understand that it can tell you when something isn't right.
At the first sign of a cold or flu I reach for one of the following:
- Oscillococcinum, a homeopathic flu remedy that can ease the symptoms and prevent the flu from taking hold.
- Ferrum Phosphoricum is a homeopathic remedy I use to combat a sore throat.
- Keep these with you at all times. (I use a little plastic change purse to carry mine.) If you begin to feel like that flu bug is attacking, use them to assist in fighting it.
