It is time now to take a good look at how you have been managing your life in general.

You are in a good position to become more organized and that process will bring you to your desired goals. Notice I did say goals, as it is most likely that you have more than one. Prioritize the number of projects you have going and actually designate the appropriate time to them.

Think of how far you have come and you will realize you are already half way to where you want to be. It is all in the timing. Plus, some sort of help is on the way and it will serve you well.
